On 28/11/2009, the foundation of “Bhawani Builders & Developers” was laid with the dream of building a small single-storey house on a 1000 sq. ft. plot. The seed of this dream was planted by Rajesh Kumar Soni. With the desire to do something different and achieve a better position in life, he started working as an L.I.C. Agent even before completing his graduation. After graduation, while continuing his work as an insurance agent, he thought of trying something new, and destiny guided him towards farming. However, his heart was not fully satisfied with traditional farming because he always wanted to do something unique. Therefore, he decided to cultivate different varieties of flowers through modern farming methods.

Since his family already owned some agricultural land, he began his new journey there. For almost two years, he worked hard in farming. Yet, his mind was still searching for new opportunities alongside farming. One day, while thinking of expanding into something more, Rajesh Bhai established a new venture in the year 2005 and started his institution named “Bharti Auto Spares & Repairing Center.”

Within a few years, through his dedication and efficient management, this institution earned a strong reputation in nearby areas. Alongside this, flower farming also continued and expanded successfully. After some time, Rajesh Bhai, along with a few close friends, leased a flower farm (Sikmi land) and started cultivating flowers on a much larger scale.
